Egersund Golf Club has been fashioned in a landscape where rocky outcrops mingle with still lakes and grass-filled prairies. It is staggeringly beautiful. “The surroundings are like a lunar landscape, so it’s pretty spectacular,” says Håken Skogly, “I’ve played quite a few golf courses in Norway and I think this is the best for scenery. It looks like someone has put nine golf holes on the moon.
